Cassandra Toroian - Leading Bell Rock Capital since 2006
As chief investment officer at Bell Rock Capital, LLC, Cassandra Toroian leverages more than two decades of institutional brokerage experience to direct operations at the Rehoboth Beach, Delaware-based, SEC registered investment advisor. She founded the firm, which offers investment management and financial planning services, in January 2006. Prior to that, she worked at a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based brokerage firm. Cassandra Toroian concurrently served as director of CBT Investment management Inc. from 2001 to 2005.
Cassandra Toroian has prior experience as a buy-side and sell-side analyst. She worked as a buy-side analyst for a mutual fund company in Pennsylvania and covered the banking sector as a sell-side analyst for Ryan Beck & Co. She garnered numerous industry accolades, including Wall Street Journal "All-Star" distinction, as an analyst and made regular appearances on national media programs on networks including CNBC, Bloomberg Television, and Fox Business. Moreover, Cassandra Toroian has been quoted in print publications like The Boston Globe and The Philadelphia Inquirer.
During her years in the industry, Cassandra Toroian has gained expertise in financial modeling and reporting in addition to corporate finance, strategic financial planning, risk management, and budgeting. Cassandra Toroian and rest of the Bell Rock Capital team strategically employ core investment strategies on behalf of clients, including classic growth and income strategy, income and capital preservation strategy, and growth at a reasonable pace strategy. Complementing her experience and expertise in this regard, Toroian earned an MBA in finance from the University of Miami and completed her undergraduate studies at Lafayette College. In addition, she currently holds the FINRA Series 65 license and is a former Series 7, 24, and 64 license holder.
